金茂大廈的金茂大廈是一個88層摩天大樓的里程碑，在陸家嘴地區的浦 東新區，中華人民共和國中國。它包含辦事處和上海君悅酒店舉行。直到2007年它的建築在中華人民共和國境內，第五米，在世界屋頂高度及第七屆，由101 頂峰高度。隨著東方明珠電視塔，它是一個核心浦東天際線。這是對超過2007年9月14日，由上海世界金融中心。

外牆玻璃幕牆是由玻璃製成，不銹鋼，鋁，花崗岩，是十字交叉複雜格子包了鋁合金管材。

官方獻身於1998年8月28日，一個日期也選擇與數字8記。建築是1999年全面投入運營。

金茂大廈是由中國金茂集團有限公司（原中國上海對外貿易中心股份有限公司）。據悉，有日常維護費用100萬元人民幣（美元121,000 ）。
