帝國大廈是一個 102故事藝術裝飾摩天大樓在紐約市，紐約相交第五大道和西34街。它的名字是取自暱稱為紐約州。站在它作為世界上最高的建築物四十餘年，從它完成於 1931年之前建造的世界貿易中心北塔平頂對1970年12月23日。現在是再次的建築在紐約，破壞之後的世界貿易中心在2001年9月11日攻擊。
帝國大廈已命名，由美國社會民間工程師之一七大奇觀現代世界。大廈及其街樓內政部指定標誌，紐約市的地標保存委員會，並證實是由紐約市議會的預算。它被指定為國家古蹟，在1986年。
